Once the advert has been placed sit back and wait for the calls to start coming in. It is a good idea to try and be available at a time that best suits your potential market, evenings and weekends being the most popular, and if you are available you are bound to have a sale in no time. Do not put your address on websites and do not give it to people unless you are sure that they are serious. Always check that the money is correct before handing over the keys or documents or alternatively a bank transfer can be done.
