Ways to Eliminate Body Toxins Naturally

Everyday toxins build up in our bodies. It may be due to an unhealthy lifestyle, environment, the workplace, stress, too much fast food or inactivity. Whatever the reason is, these toxins should be taken out of the body the natural way.

Effects Of Toxins To The Body

Hans-Heinrich Recheweg is a German scientist was the first to recognize the bad effects of toxins to the health of an individual. He created a theory of homotoxicology that suggested that diseases are results of high toxin build up in the body. The body absorbs substances from the food, the water and the air we eat, drink and breath.

Furthermore the toxins are also created by the body’s metabolic process. The human body has different ways of filtering and eliminating body waste and toxins. Natural processes such as sweating, breathing, urinating and excreting  are the primary ways the body eliminates wastes and toxins. Toxins that were not removed from the body by the natural processes mentioned above are stored in the body’s connective tissues.

If the tissues cannot hold the toxins, it will penetrate the cells and can accumulate to the different internal organs such as liver, intestine, prostate, kidneys and pancreas. If these toxins are not eliminated it will result to diseases and if these diseases are not treated, it can be fatal to the individual and can ultimately result in death.

There are six phases of the disease due to toxin build up as stated in the theory of homotoxicology:

  1. Excretion phase. The immune system is intact and can resort to alternative methods of eliminating toxins like a runny nose or diarrhea.
  2. Inflammation phase. F excretion does not eliminate the toxins, the body will go to an inflammatory response to stop the spread of toxins.
  3. Deposition phase. Toxin level will continue to go up and will be stored in the fluid between cells or intracellular space.
  4. Degeneration phase. The high concentration of toxins within the cells will destroy tissues and organ degeneration.
  5. Differentiation phase. Illnesses during this stage is characterized by the development of non specialized cell forms or cancer cells.

Detoxifying Your Body The Natural Way

One of the primary functions of individual cells is to generate energy during metabolism. This natural body process relies on nutrients and oxygen that the cell use and waste products eliminated by the cells. Toxin buildup can affect the body’s metabolism and an individual’s overall health in two ways:

  • Large amounts of toxins in the intracellular space can prevent nutrients and oxygen from being used by the individual cells and reduce its ability to produce energy.
  • If these toxins are not eliminated, the cells will be poisoned and die.  A large number of toxin-affected cells will result in low energy and an overall health issues.

On the other hand, regular toxin removal will increase the cells’ ability to rejuvenate and convert energy more efficiently. It will also promote efficient waste and toxin disposal that will in a more energetic and healthy body.
